How many tables and chairs do I actually need?
Use the guest-count slider above — it does the math for you. As a rule of thumb, each 6-foot table seats 6 guests comfortably, so you'll want one table per 6 people plus a chair for every guest. You can always adjust the quantities when you add items to your cart.
How much is delivery?
Delivery and pickup run $45–$75 depending on your location in the Fox Valley. It includes drop-off the day before or the morning of your event and pickup the day after. You'll choose delivery or self-pickup at checkout, and one trip covers your entire order.
What area do you deliver to?
We cover the Fox Valley and Green Bay corridor — Appleton, Oshkosh, Neenah, Menasha, Kaukauna, Kimberly, Little Chute, Green Bay, and everywhere in between. Enter your address at checkout to confirm your rate.
When do I get my items and when are they picked up?
We deliver the day before or the morning of your event so everything's ready in time, and we pick up the day after — no need to tear down and return things the night of your party.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible. Peak weekends — especially graduation and wedding season — fill up fast. You can book online anytime, 24/7, so don't wait.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7 or more days before your event receive a full deposit refund — so booking early is risk-free. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
What if something gets damaged?
Renters are responsible for all equipment from the time of delivery until pickup. Lost or damaged items are charged at replacement cost. Full terms are available at checkout.
